The EPFMC Administrative Team

The EPFMC administrative team is led by President and CEO Carl E. Coan, MS, MPH. He has held both positions since 1990.

Day-to-day functions at Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center are overseen by Mr. Coan and two executive officers: Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer Chona de Leon, and Chief Medical Officer Deborah Lerner, MD.

The 232-person staff includes physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, midwives, therapists, case managers, health educators, pharmacists, medical and dental assistants, and administrators.
